Learn to Increase Your Search Engine Optimization
Search engine optimization is a one time affair, and when you work hard in optimizing a site/blog properly for the search engines you will reap the fruit of your labour, which is targeted traffic to your site always.And using my own formula: High traffic=High Earnings.
There are various tips or should I say strategies which every blogger and webmaster should know and put into practice when working to increase their search engine optimization, I don’t to bore you with the less important one so I have written down the most important and less popular techniques that if you put into practice will maximize your visibility in the search engines.
(1). Learn To Implement Keywords: It is very important to implement the content of your pages with keywords of high demand, when I say “high demand” I mean those keywords that has the highest search rate in a month. You can find great keyword using wordtracker. When you type in a particular keyword who want to optimize your website with it displays the previous months search volume for those specific keywords.
This online SEO tool even provides you with alternatives to the keyword in which you entered. After getting the specific keyword always insert them in your headings and your title tags.
(2). Update Your Content Regularly: search engines are always happy to crawl fresh content so always update your content regularly. Take for example a website which updated its content last a month ago compared to a site which updates its content day-by-day,the search engine crawlers will get fed up of seeing old content and may ignore it for websites that has fresh new content.
(3) Build Quality Inbound Links: Before going deep in explaining this aspect of increasing your search engine optimization let us define inbound links.
Inbound links are links pointing from different websites to your own site. It is very helpful in increasing your search engine ranking because when crawlers and spiders such as Google bot find your websites link scattered on different sites on the internet they will believe your website is very important and crawl it regularly.So always try to get your websites link on sites with high PageRank related to your niche, and this can be achieved by writing articles and submitting to article directories leaving the link to your site/blog in the author’s resource box, some good article directories are EzineArticles, articlesbase, and articlecircle. Commenting on blogs related to your niche also leaving a link to your site, and lastly being active in forums related to your websites niche with the link to your site in the signature space
(4). Finally, always bookmark all your post and articles in sites like digg, reddit, stumbleupon, and twitter and try submitting your sites to any free directory that you can find.
Put all this tips into practice, and I assure you your search engine ranking will increase.
